sp setia maintenence is only for the security which is rm50 per month... cheap

anyhow will be looking into batu maung areas

got any website? my budget is below rm800K

i also want a corner lot or a house with land at the side....

thast why i am considering

its not easy to get a corner lot nowadays

sunway mutiara house seems nice but the place seems to be a kampung area

a lot of mat rempits lepak at the tnb station there

its not gated so security might be a concern

the putra place price now asking more thna rm340k is riiculous...most goreng by investors...only those whom wan a place to stay and dont think much will but...but other investors wont buy snce the pric will drop

its a leasehold..... and high density

many ppl are snapping butterworth properties like hot cakes
demand good

the pearl garden phase 1 and 2 also i think sold out. located in simpang empat.

Heard end of this month, they will have preview in queensbay mall on their new projek, pearl villa, sp 4 also.


anyone know? but heard banyak sold out already sad.gif
