today went to Residensi Merbok, Nibong Tebal by Asas Dunia. just open for sale, semi d and bungalow...wow!!! so nice finishing, nice price as well....saw 1 contractor bought the 1 million show unit fully furnished inside out....can only say wow! nice house there....if i have lot of RM.....
