Thanks for the detailed info bro, looks like the price of the condo hasn't gone up that much since there are units posted for sale for around RM500K these days, but the rental return definitely seems good. This was built by Ideal right, how is their workmanship? Looking at their upcoming Pix1 development, got any feedback on it?

Any idea what will be the new development next to Brezza, who's developing it?
