buying property for own stay is not considered investment bcoz it is giving negative cash flow.

got double storey semi-d at around machak bubong in construction. projected to finish end of 2009.
reclaimed land by ijm phase 1 onli finish end of 2009 and tats very optimistic oledi. n constuction after a few months later. but those r quite high end condos. d current trend for most developers r those tat cater to foreigners. (think malysia my 2nd home.) |
