The danger of flouting rules. I’m surprised it’s not the owner/landlord being screwed for this. Affordable housing was meant to be for people who want a home not another cheap investment gimmick. Sorry but not sorry if more people get caught and get screwed. Hope the REAs lose their licence as well for participating in this.

Does anyone know much about Setia V? I remember viewing it around circa 2015 and it was asking for 1k psf but they are really huge units. I was hoping the prices would tank by now but looks like it’s still at launch price.
