Any discount giving? I see the 20X70 terrace houes all sold out, only few units leave which with bad location.
The bungalow lots came with reasonable prices but the location too closed to the industrial area (maybe noisy) and
the mobile transmitter tower (bad for health, right! I guess).

For 22X70 terrace house, it is too expensive, not worth to buy. Will consider if they give discount .....

Do you know this area having any problems during raining days?? How about the quality? Thanks.

That area quite congested also, right! Any others new project recomemded? I still prefer at Juru area?

I check already, all sold out.
Actually I stay at apartment in Penang Island, hope can get a reasonable price landed properties at Juru area,
plan move my family there. if you know any new launch housing project there, please share with us. Thanks.

Are there any alternative from Batu Kawan?

The Double storey terrace house almost sold out all, anyway too expensived for those semi-D lots.

Hi Bro, so far have you found any good units or good deal in Penang island? How much the pricing? Have you see any sign of dropping
compare few years ago?

I'm also checked at my surrounding area here (Relau and sungai Ara), there is not much different so far, maybe the Penang lang holding power
are extremely strong. Am I right.

Yes, I'm also checking at White lily, Setia pearl island, Setia Greens & etc, a bit old and easily >10+ years but still selling ~1 mil (+/-) for standard (good) units. Try bargain with the agent even the owner, the pricing still stay firmed without giving any discounts. Heard that the owner rather kept the house as white elephant (some already kept it for many years) also don't want let go with offer some discounts.

Not sure, seem like a lot of rich peoples in Penang with strong holding power.

Will consider also those projects with gated and guarded, believe that break in cases is consider low risk but subjected the monthly maintenance fees.

By the way, for landed properties now a day have you see any sign of pricing adjustment if compare to peak time?
Not sure how much can we bargain? 5%, 10% & etc??
