Suppose phase 1 should finish long time ago. But due to covid19, it keep delay.
Now their plan is 2022 year end phase 1 done and can open for public.

The area got gurney paragon, gurney plaza, then this gurney wharf which got garden/park. Those Singaporean and China people now may already starting to buy some of the property in that area.

the buildings are coming along but filling them would take some time I think. Plus with the pandemic and all, things that require human footfall: retail, tourism, F&B etc will take a while to recover, leading to even slower growth. The development there isn't exactly high density at the moment. Not much to draw people there yet except maybe the factories. There is supposed to be some college or uni and a hospital planned too, but again, looking at the economic outlook it could take a while. I don't see anything much happening there in the next 5 years

Hope that the roads in the area could also be re-planned and widened, otherwise the increase in population will only be making the traffic there even more congested. 

Hi All, I am looking to purchase a house for own stay. Prefer to be in town area, but can consider mainland also.
Budget is RM300K.
I am currently staying in low cost apartment with family (cause im still single).

I am thinking about Rumah Mampu Milik and came across few places like Fairview and Ideal Venice and Havana Beach Residence.

Any advice for my purchase? maybe should I go for subsale property purchase?

I am also worried about the maintenance and sampah fees..

Heard the Rise collection got a lot of big big small small workmanship issues, coz they are build from the 'famous' contractor.
