Have you booked Venice ? Now I meet the same issue , same concerns . Visited show room yesterday , only left few units which are very high floor. Today agent contact me said somebody cancelled booking. And there are 2 other better units. Now my another concern is the workmanship of ideal property seem very bad, many defects and water leaking issue . Gangster contractor . And who will be the JMB ? Those buyers are going to rent for bangala ? The high dense is really a big concern

Hi. Nowadays still got rm400k apartment in island side. Prefer not taller than 6 floor. A cousin of mine is staying at Lahat Court. Not bad got Time Fibre. Rapid busses. Dunno should I move there also ?

The high dense is really a big concern I already sign SPA, my colleagues also buy Venice, but its pretty much the only decent option under 600k, I cant find any new projects at a better location, I won't comment about their workmanship but I can't imagine them screwing with 1.6k families. If you want 600k and below, Ideal seems to be the only few that options you have.

Nowadays no more low density & less than 6 storeys apartments like Sri Pangkor & Lahat Court right ? I wonder why ? Penang land is gold ? Land too expensive that the developers must build 30++ storeys for every projects ?
