Just wondering what heatsink should I get? The chip is kinda small...

get those tiny ones from CM or TR used for the RAM chips
or just use the good old fan.

just put a 60mm fan to blow the top part will do the job perfectly, works even for routers

I don't think the routers can overheat... Unless u OC it... Like my linksys wrt54gl stays cool even after increasing the CPU clock by 10mhz..

My modem is Kasda free by Telekom .. Can OC too ?

Btw, the heatsink just put Thermal paste and stick it on?

Just put 80mm fan on top d modem & make sure the fan is blowing out. Just like i did it, pictures will be post up soon. No need to open the modem & void the waranty unless it's over.

Its not very effective compare 2 a fan, but it does pull da heat out....

erm... some router with 3rd party firmware like DD-WRT can overclock...
