you could. but the paperwork takes bout a month to settle. and by then you would have made friends in your first mrsm

but i have several friends who transfered to other mrsm, and other students who came in.

i was in MRSM beseri when beseri was pkp. and you could kinda tell the ones who transfered in and those who were originally sent to beseri. mara sends the kids based on their pmr and the test which we did after pmr punya result. so, u can see how academically, the students will be different. especially if they were transfered from non pkp mrsm.

but in general, taiping, pc, langkawi are good mrsm. in my year Q-Ber(kuala berang, terengganu), beseri(perlis) and serting(n9) were considered good mrsm as well. in fact, beseri was the top mrsm for my spm year

pkp is program khas pendidikan (thats like bitara la)
