can i still online with my wii if it was mod? will it force to update and make my wii brick?

your wii will only be bricked if you update your wii with disc from different region.Otherwise,it is safe to run update.

when it ask to update, just let it update

the only thing u cannot do is
DO NOT UPDATE WII on US/PAL game for your case
but u can choose update on the wii settings

So where can buy the cheapest modded wii which is us ver and can play online?

so Korea modded to US wii can update.
but never try to update with a diff region disc inside wii?
means if an US pirated disc inside the wii, i can run the update safely?
or i need an original US disc?
and if there is no disc inside ?

and lets say if unfortunately it was bricked, how much would it cost to repair ?

That's why you should get yourself an unmodded US version Wii so you don't need to worry about this kind of things, and focus more on enjoying the games.
