low battery voltage. once you press the start button on the transmitter the flashing light should comes on permanently, just charge again the battery pack and try easy way to see whether charger is at fault is the battery will get warm before it is fully charged. hope this helps. anyway the battery provided are craps, i'm using 6000mah lipo batteries for my tanks play till you bored also battery still got lots of juice. hahahaha.

er don't quite get you initially tou stated you use another battery pack it works??? Anyway try to take out the crystal and put back in sometimes they are the culprit.

if a week ago it worked like a charm with your friend's battery problem lies with the one you got, out of 15 tanks from heng long i got a few got faulty batteries some with charger etc. try to borrow your friend's battery and charger and troubleshoot from there, maybe the charger is not working. Hurrah some sellers have brought in the heng long sherman and ztz99a tanks. I already ordered both will post pics when i receive them next week.

Word of advise to future tank buyers, if possible get your tanks from shops. Here's the reason, I receive my ZTZ99A tuesday, list of problems, one gearbox is worn meaning used, barrel function no, missing accesories, right track can't go in reverse and misalign and worst case all the right track wheels are without any wheel cap etc. So have to send back to seller pending outcome. Will be receiving my Sherman today from another seller hopes this turns out well.

Thanks bro hopes so too. I thought the quality for their tank are good now, maybe some sold return items here to malaysia cos the tank has old worn out gearbox installed which the seller was shocked to hear.

Got my Sherman yesterday the lights amd machine gun not functioning, open up connector not inserted fully and one desoldered led. Easily fix.Other things are ok. Just wondering what about those buyers who can't troubleshoot, so best is still get from shop and check everything.

at the bottom there is some screws which you need to remove then lift the top off. Your problem lies with the turret gear ring or the elevation part on the airsoft being broken off to see exactly you need to remove the screw holding the turret ring gear then proceed to remove the turret bottom plate to get into the turret to locate the problem.

No prob. I'm still waiting for my ztz99a replacement, been a month already.

Guess what they send me a pantiger which is the most inaccurate tank heng long makes that no one wants. So guys just beware.

Just collected my leo2a6 and t-34 last couple of days even though it was bought much earlier due to raya holidays and courier staff all on leave. added fans to the rx 18s' and changed to high speed motors for the leo2a6, also converted my ztz99a to 2.4ghz. The 2.4ghz is a welcome sight as the volume and smoke functions of the tanks can be controlled from the transmitter. Definitely will convert all my tanks to the new heng long 2.4ghz system. Can't wait for the challenger and abrams tanks coming soon from Heng long. Seems their quality improves with each new model they launch. PS I will have extra RX-18 as well as controller, receiver board as i have upgraded mine to Elmod, anyone who needs can pm me for price. Cheers.
