Hi! mr. khong, i'm a mother of two (aged 2 1/2 and 8 yrs). I'm looking for a natural remedy for both my sons sinus problem. Feeding them with antihistamine everyday makes me feel so bad as this the only option i have at the moment to make them feel better. I did some research and found out that bee pollen is good for sinus and taking raw honey is one of the way to benefit from it. However, my major concern and worried is the so call botolium (dun know whether i spell it correctly) that will be dangerous to young children's intestine. Is it true that raw honey shouldn't be given to children under 1 or 2 years? Do you think raw honey is safe for my 2 1/2 yrs old?
I just joined as a member after reading all your threads. I will be very grateful if you can give me some advise on this. Thanks in advance.
