dear khong,
i buy ur honey few month ago, it never occur to me to test the honey,but my friend ask me to do so, just for fun...
so i run some simple test on your honey and repeat it twice actually..
here was the result:

1) drop in hot water(pure honey wont dissolve quickly) >>FAIL
2) ANT >>PASS
3) drop on paper(pure honey wont make 2nd ring) >>PASS
4) pour on plate and run with water>>FAIL it just dissolve without forming any shape
5) match>> PASS the match lit up
6) mix with egg yolk>> FAIL nothing happen
