Yes in fact excavations from the pyramids in Egypt 4000 years ago has remnants of honey stored and can still be eaten. There is no expiry date for honey.

Have been trying to contact my supplier in Myanmar but have still no news from her. Nowadays, the Customs there is very strict and wanted benefits before anything can come out. As you are aware Myanmar is booming and last i heard hotel rooms are in short supply and rates skyrocketing. However, my other concern is the recent comments made by the Health min. about restricting the import of drugs/health supplements. A stiff fine can be imposed on anyone if found guilty of importing any unapproved drugs/supplements.Not that I am saying that I have no confidence in the spirulina that i am getting, but the laws of our country only safeguard the monopolists to enable them to make big bucks. I may have to stop this supply and only limit myself to quantities for self consumption only. If I do get any supply will let you know as soon as possible. Sorry for the late reply.

If you follow my notes (which I will attach for new buyers), one tablespoon a day is sufficient. One bottle will last about a month.

I just bought 4 bottles from Khong. At least u know it is genuine wild honey and not adulterated ones. My first purchase was 3 years ago. His is more dependable than those u buy at agriculture market.
