i reli dont wanna accuse ngbh or bring the case up here,but he gave me no choice..

see the story is like tis,a few weeks ago i bought a remote control for pc from him...he told me that this remote control can be used as a mouse replacement,hence i bought from him at rm65+rm5(delivery)=rm70

after i made payment,the item was delivered the following day..i tested the remote control and i found out tat it cant act as a mouse replacement, i pm him about how to use as a mouse replacement...he ignore my pm a few times and then later he told me tat the remote control cant be used as a mouse replacement!!

i ask for a refund,he said ok but the refund is only rm65,which i have to accept hardly but i didnt wanna quarrel with him..he told me i have to return the item 1st before he will refund,and the delivery charged is paid by me,which i'm find it hard to swallow again i dont wanna quarrel with him and i accept it..

i post back the item on 15/01/08 and i checked,the item was delivered 17/01/08...i pm him if he received the item and start the refund process,he ignored my pm..i pm him a few times and he ignore my pm as well...then on 21/01/08 i sent him my ultimatium pm stating tat if the money wasnt in my bank acc on 23/01/08 i will open a thread here...again the pm was ignored

today is 23/01/08 and no reply pm from him and no money has been bankin into my bank acc...well,he left me with no choice but to open a thread here...

see when i was buying item from him,his pm was fast but when i ask for a refund,pm ignored and no reply from him....

fellow forumers,u be the judge pls...

and we promise refund the product cost RM65 after we received the original package

it is received the parcel from buyer .

and hope sold attach some document of together with return parcel.
otherwise we also dun know the parcel why there send back.

i did ask u about the availability for more expensive,older version and u said tat it is out of stock and the factory dint produce them anymore...u also told me tat the rm75 has onli glow in the dark button feature other than tat it is the same with the rm65

i have prove of pm to prove tis....

how's the refund going?

i could give u the consignment number to prove tat parcel is sent by me..u dint take the initiative to reply my pm and ask me...u drag the case so long time and now u want to blame me?

btw i did notify u tat the item is post back to u and even notify u tat the item will be delivery within 3-4 days....
