TS, you can get cheaper but good quality bras from Jusco, Isetan etc. The cheaper ones are those normally put on those "push carts"/baskets (those not hanged on the rack la, I don't know how to describe).
If you plan to buy it as a gift, I would recommend Xixili and La Senza, expensive but it's so gorgeous.
Otherwise you can look into their cheaper range. Triumph is a good buy also. A friend of mine loves the Pierre Cardin range because affordable and they come in cute sets (bra + panties).
And most important, know your gf's size before you buy anything.

My opinion is never go for cheap bra. My bra size is fairly big as well and i had tried a lot of brands. Brands like wacoal, sorella and triumph, you need to try on different range then you will get a comfortable one. Normally, it won't be cheap. I bought one from La senza before, and it is only OK. So far, my favourite brand is Sorella. How often do I change my bra? hehe...depends on my mood....i always buy when there is sales

I bought my bras from THAILAND (not the cheap ones where your saw in night market) and its superbly comfortable. If you happen to drop by or visit thailand DO REMEMBER TO BUY THE BRAS FROM SHOPPING COMPLEX!

Wacoal is the best choice. In Japan, they have more choice & size selections. In Thailand, the original one also costs cheaper than in Malaysia. If you go for the ordinary design, it costs only around RM50. Besides bra as protection, bust massage gel is also important. Attached image(s)

i think cost price for bras is cheap just depends on the branding and how much they sell good quality thing sellin at cheap price, our mindset is 'ohh its cheapo low quality stock' if they add branding and sellin higher price, people will think its quality stuff this is what i know lar cause my fren got doin some bras and panties sales outside and i know the cost price range correct me if im wrong =D
