But, this time the fuller is Mustaffa bin Talib. I noticed that this "advertisement" still valid in eBay... Haiz... Duno how many ppl would get cheated more... "great job, conman" Well, anyway, any1 has the same case as my cousin? He asked me what to do as I study law, but reli have no idea at all... cos, the amount cheated is too little, lawyer wun bother it as the amount could claim not even reach the legal expenses....
By the way, every ppl hu get cheated can sue under malaysian civil laws, jenayah berkenaan dengan multimedia and perdagangan electrik. If u get suceed then would get higher than the face amount that u paid. U can sue for the damages.
