well it is risky to deal with m'sia ebay seller that didnt COD.
but I got try before with one ebay seller which has been banned by ebay on the day after I win the bid. He has try to call me do COD at KLCC, & I accept the deal. Finally the deal is successful, & he explained that he got banned because he got one bad comment from other seller & now he is try to reveal his account. Thats my story, COD always safer (not 100%  ) |

Well， the auction has being close by Ebay.
