Alderamin of the Beautiful Sky - Surprisingly competent writing, above average animation and well paced. Enjoyable from the get go.
Re:Zero The Adventures of Subaru and His Bitches - Strong character focused story but world build-up is rather weak. Best seiyu performance and animation team of this season.

Shokugeki no Soma S2 - Weekly dose of food and porn. Character development season for 3 main male characters. Other female characters are just there to show their tiddies.
Prisma Ilya 3rei - Weekly dose of magical girl loli porn battle anime. More characters and new things added to Prisma Ilya lore and tied up some loose ends from last season.
DAYS - Generic story and bare minimum animation. Sports anime made for non sports anime viewers. 
Mob 100 - Neo-shonen anime to replace the old and busted shonen shows like Naruto, Bleach (RIP), OP, Fairy Tail, etc
Active Raid S2 - Power suits, slightly off cops and some badguys doing something weekly. Truly the Patlabor of this generation. 
Orange - okok show. Shuojo 101.
New Game - Yuri show. SoL of the season because there is no Kyoani show this season

Taboo Tattoo - Getting a full body tattoo at one go might be less painful than watching this show. I don't even know what the fuck is happening on screen.
Berserk - It's like watching an epic action adventure show while stabbing my eyes with a fork. Why is this even allowed?
Qualidea Code - Overhyped. To watch this, you need to close your eyes and just listen to the audio while imagining the animation. The actual animation will make you proud of your primary school drawings.
Tales of Zesteria X - Longest game cutscene ever.

Macross Delta - Drop the sponsors writing committee. Collaborate with better writers with fresh ideas. Find new source of funding. Improve animator skills by learning from others. Kawamori needs to rethinks the way he does things both technically and commercially. If not, he will end up as a joke like George Lucas.
