Hi guys.. I'm looking for an anime to rewatch..

The premise is that there is a shockwave destruction going on in the galaxy and they finally stop the shockwave and save everybody by sacrificing their space platform thingy to counter blow up the shockwave..

I know its not very descriptive.. but if anybody can point me in the right direction.. much appreciated
