I recommend you to watch Toradora! That anime is worth the watch. There's a total of 25 episodes and I finished them all in just 3 days. That just shows how much I was addicted to that show.

I'm not gonna talk much, just google the anime and you'll never regret watching it..

Toradora sure is a nice anime.
For those haven't watch it, that is a must.

Watched Planetes and I can say it's a great anime. Can anyone suggest me animes that is similar with Planetes? I mean all the space faring, serious shit and stuff. No Gandums or Macross types plz.

from all anime i ever watched, the only anime that really enlightened me are:

1-Gurren Lagann (damn epic man..watch it by urselves)
2-Code Geass (epic too..great storyline)
*these 2 anime might be the best short anime ever exists!

3-Prince of tennis (many great characters with unique personality)
4-Fullmetal Alchemist (overall a great anime but not every episodes are good)
5-Gundam 00 (the only gundam series that i love)
6-Air gear (very good, but sadly it has unfinished ending..manga is better)
7-Soul Eater (some episodes are boring..and also has unfinised ending..go for the manga)

*i excluded long/on-going anime like naruto,bleach,one piece because i prefer their manga than anime
