Anyone knows where to buy the zero DAC in Butterworth or Penang Island?

About Cap Mod of our OPAs:

        Some peoples enjoy to add the capacitors on OPA, through that to upgrade the SQ .  We through a lot of listen and test by professional equipment , the issue see Figure 1.
        It need add two capacitors , one connect V+ to earth , another connect V- to earth .  The earth wire wanna connect to GND of the gear.  Through this Cap-Mod can  upgrade the sound and  technically performance  .
       If don't connect the earth wire of OPA to GND , Figure 1 Cap-Mod  become Figure 2 Cap-Mod .   this Cap-Mod only need a capacitors connect to V+ to V- , it can upgrade the sound but not upgrade the technically performance.
        The technically performance can perform on the professional equipment and let us know what had upgrade .
       What the capacitors we can use ? 
       Only wanna  change sound color ,  use 0.01 UF had be  OK .  But we commend use 0.1 UF to 1 UF , this way we can easy to hear  improve of SQ .
       Not any capacitors can use by Cap-Mod . Different capacitors will take different sound , so the capacitors need choice by self sence .  For example:
       WIMA can take more fast , dynamic and clear of SQ .  but if you wanna sound be warm and  thick , don't use WIMA ,  oil- cap  will be a good choice .
       Our use EVOX MMK capacitors in Cap-Mod of our OPAs .  These  capacitors name call  RIFA ago ,   but now name call EVOX , the sound had soft and  clear .
       Our OPAs  have upgrade to the best Cap-Mod , so people don't need add capacitors on our OPAs .

Yes its correct, that is likely resulted by the signal from source not locked by the DAC. I suspect this is due to poor design by the chinese product DAC. I doubt it is due to connection problem because i tried tightening the cables but to no avail

How to resolve it?

You have to turn on the DAC first before the CD player. Then switch to the coaxial/optical that you plan to use. Then only you turn on the CD player. You will notice a click sound once the signal from CD player's is locked by the DAC. The above steps work for me.
