Hi to all sifu sifu in this forum.. im so new in oc pc.. can i oc this gaming pc?

AM2+ 9500
GIGABYTE MA79FX-DQ6
XMS2 6400C5DHX D2 (2Boxes)
Western Digital 320GB Sata
SAPPHIRE HD 3870 XT 512MB DDR4 HDMI
Samsung DVD-ROM
SILVERSTONE ZEUS 750WATTS

pls give me advise on how to & how much perfromance will i get.. tq so very much
