Not really impressive. But it is a dead silent cooler
Cannot remember what Vcore I used already.
I think more than 1.5v. The temp is over 60degree. Just clock until 3.5GHz to take SPI 1M benchmark

help neede..hmm bought for my friend a 6400+ black ed. use it with ac freezer 64 pro...try to oc it..but can boot...but his bios dont have oc option like changing the multiplier...is there any other way to oc it using software??

Honestly, your friend made a wrong decision, (on my way of look lar). Not offending.
This few days I've been reading and reading, (yeah, I planned to buy the 6400+ BE) but yesterday, I have go to buy a 5000+ BE

Why? I could dump those extra money for a super cooler. OC till burn...

6400+ BE comes with a default X16 multplier which is max out already for most of the board(maybe not on DFI) so I think your friend can downgrade the multiplier only AC Freezer 64 pro I wonder how high that cooler can take to support your friend's OC proc.

In my opinian...it is a decent cooler..manage to tame my F3 at 3.2@1.35v around 55c load...

Depends on how good is your cooler.
I read some reviews and found out the highest it can take(not with AC Freezer Pro) is 4GHz maybe??

6400+ BE = RM580 @ 3.2GHz (unlock multiplier @ default X16)
5000+ BE = RM335 @ 2.6GHz (unlock multiplier @ default X13)

AC Freezer Pro = RM120
TR IFX-14 = RM299

For 5000+ BE, There's someone who can use STOCK COOLER to clock it to 3.5GHz
