set ur divider to 400/533 1st...to eliminate the ram 1st ..then try push...if cannot means need to add vcore

why don't you show a highest stable oc SS?
CPU-Z and memset together.
Easier to figure out what's the problem.
I'm very very very sure that TA690G 605 bios has no problem with 667 divider
check this out, 12XXMHz is achievable with TA690G 605 bios 667 divider


edited: glad to see that you've solved the problem
maybe some default sub timings / ram settings are too tight already for 605 bios.
they have loosen them in later bios

i'm confused now after c bro dblooi HT link=1503mhz...i thought the HT link not supposed to exceed 1000mhz...correct me if i was wrong...

Added vdimm at 2.05 & 2.15 both manage to pass 1M SuperPi but fail 32M one Trying 2.2v next
