normal integrated gc share a portion of system memory for graphic processing
results of that , slow in graphic processing
also, it will slightly affect your pc performance due to the shared memory
(Well, Super Pi 1M runs slower 0.3s compare to those who use external gc )
With dedicated graphic memory, it's now more likely an external gc.
The graphic processing will be done by the integrated GDDR directly instead of sharing memory from the system.
However you still can choose to share your system memory to the integrated gc.
The 780G with GDDR is more likely a Geforce 6200 with turbo cache in those days

not really, at least to me.
i found that no different when oc my ram with / without external gc plug into my TA690G.
But it affects the pc performance , super pi 1M running slower with integrated gc on.

get LE-1600/1620
F3 with 1MB L2 cache
but single core only

Can you run a cache and memory benchmark on 10.5x multiplier and snap a SS?
Then snap another SS by using 10x multiplier, at the same clockspeed
Reason: i suspect that 0.5x multiplier will cause low memory performance, on brisbane either.

Biostar have update their website, added TA780G in list
but........look at the spec and pic, really big upset



1) Don't have the GDDR2 by looking at the pic
2) satu biji solid state cap sudah hilang
3) Power & Reset buttons have been taken out (OMG, really cannot believe this )
4) one 3pin JFAN socket only ( what the......... )
5) the CMOS battery...so special standing one



check the rear panel , even worse
1) Realtek ALC662 6-Channel HD Audio ( downgraded compare to TA690G, which uses ALC888 8+2channel HD Audio)
2) HDMI and S-video output removed ( how to support multiple displays in this case? )

really feel like crying ...after long waiting...

yes mod,
IMHO, there are two ICs there
one of them is the Realtek RTL8111B - 10/100/1000 Controller
the other one should be the clock generator ic chip (ICS 9LPRS XXXXXXX)
if my memory and experience serve me well
the GDDR should be something like rectangular size

hmm..too early batch already
those good batches are 0736 XXMW or 0742 XXMW
basically later batch got higher chance to get good F3

Just tried to overclock ram by using single stick only
at 2.6vdimm, i get this

check the ram speed, 1320MHz
this is the speed that i couldn't get by using dual channel mode, no matter how much vdimm i pump
looks like i have no choice but use single stick for clockspeed at 3.8GHz above with 667 divider


edited: wanted to try 1333MHz, but the bloody TA770 got handicapped HTT option
when i choose 333HTT , it goes to 331; once i choose 334 , it jumps to 338HTT
