yeah I have one of these things hooked up to the guest room via my panny 32" LCD... PQ average only on the LCD (maybe LCD fault for poor image compared to CRT) but sound in stereo and got extension for the IR remote to change channels from the room... not bad... but wished they had S-video output instead of just yellow RCA plug for the video..
