since afew ppl request me to post my rig in CM690.. so i post 2 pic here... so dull isnt it?? no bling bling stuff, no money!

basically i will get rid of the IDE tmr, to sata DVDRW... hate IDE!!!

Added on January 26, 2008, 2:08 amdam already found out 1 thg bad about CM690... its the LED infront.. basically the System LED is blue color and HDD LED is red...

then the blue color is tooooo bright until cover up the red color... so the read is very very light only... so both looks like blue color instead of blue & red... damn

grill broken, which part?? i dont think so wor coz i check everythg already b4 buy and when i fixing it also no problem. its new from box 1.. if broken i wont buy already... pointless to get a good casing which is broken even its cheap..

Make sure you don't waste the quad. OC it to about 3.2-3.5Ghz...

just change the damn blue led to a dim one. or add some resistor to get it dim.
i have the same problem with my LianLi PC-7S. blue system led was way too bright, i can even sleep with the system on.

Hey u guys know where in KL can buy the dust filter? Can be the plastic type or the cushion type. Wanna buy it a big piece like manila card, then only cut out what i need coz i want to filter up as much holes as i can in the casing, especially fan holes, so that it is as dust free as possible.

Ohya, just note that on the CM690 box is printed this (the pic below), so basically CM690 have afew types, so buyer can always check from the box

RC690-KK1-GP = shud be top IO panel
RC690-KK2-GP = shud be front IO panel
with window = with side window panel, else dont have (but those no panel have 1x 120mm fan hole above the CPU/chipset
and the rest is bundle with power supply.
