stock cooling, u can oc it to 3.0-3.2ghz.@ default voltage.
3rd party cooling actually cooling down ur CPU if u increase cpu voltage(more voltage = more heat), but to stabilize OCing u must increase ur cpu voltage, e6550 can hold 1.3-.1.5v (easy OC)
