Hi, I having some problems install in Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4) and Leopard (Mac OX X 10.5) at Mac Mini.

i have tried the following steps before i post this topic

1. partition mac mini HDD 80gb) into 2 equal size with format Mac OS X Extended Journaled

2. install with Leopard which the DVD come with Mac Mini install

3. Successfully installed

4. load in Tiger ( installation disc from Mac book Pro), and hit the restart option in the dvd

5. it loaded in to installation screen but it show " this software cannot install at this machine"

then i think it was leopard OS which deny the installation for Tiger, so I

6. Re-format the HDD with Tiger Installation Disc

7. Partition with equal size with format Mac OS X Extended Journaled

8. Install the Tiger Installation Disc.

9. Same problem Occur.

next, i think it would be the installation disc problem

10. change the installation disc (Tiger) , i sure it work, because just formated with that DVD few weeks ago.

11. same error message com out
