I have to agree with this, went to see the place and it's not exactly the best location although the house design is quite nice.

I also seriously considered the Kota Kemuning area before this, but it's just a bit far. Getting to Sunway is a pain from both locations but at least you don't have to pay the RM2.20 Kesas toll each way.
