option 2: 2 units of Kemuning Utama @ rm265k each total RM530k..20x70 2 storey terrece hse...


my father is considering both option with the option 1 actually paid the deposit edi..but last minute he asking me to reconsider...dont mind losing the 5k deposit..so what do u guys think? mutiara bukit jalil uses oug's 58200 poscode..quite nice design..and currently we're staying in oug..liked the area..both my siblings currently studying in monash sunway while i'm working near damansara height..opinions are much appreciated!! =)
