I have one unit 1076sqft at Menara Menjalara condo for sale. It is the centre block with covered car park within the building. It is located higher than 8th floor. This unit was tenanted and very well maintained. The tenancy ended last month.

I have spent 30k to renovate the unit. It has KL view and Villa Manja (newly developed bungalow and Semi-D gated housing area which is next to the condo area) view from the balcony and the rooms are facing either the Kl view or the menjalara recreation park.
