I thought when items are held by customs they will inform POS Malaysia to send me the love letter as POS are given first dips to become the collection agent?

Yeaps understand how it works thats why I suspected maybe POS is already holding and im just waiting for the letter... thats why I thought of calling them. Will try and dig customs phone number if possible hehe

My US postage usually arrives later then usual as well... I had it shipped to Klang

Update on my package status (Can be used as a reference on how to check your parcel status.):

1. Called 03-8787 1122 (KLIA POS Mail & Courier Dept) - To check my item status and was given a reference number and to contact Forwarding Dept

2. Called 03-8787 2020 (KLIA POS Forwarding Dept) - Mentioned my Ref No. and was told my item is being detained by customs. Can come anytime during their opening hours. Items to bring along: IC / Passport, Cash, and your Ref No.

3. And now its time to take a looooooooooong drive to LCCT POS Malaysia

Expected to pay 15.5% tax duty as mentioned by the lady... sigh...
