Exposure : 0.5sec
Aperture : f/29
ISO : 100

I've I'm not mistaken this one I put on my CPL too!

basically just give it a longer exposure and you'll get the effect.

i didn't +/- exposure part. the meter indicator is at the middle.

eh. the rock was witish colored la. in fact that's the color of that place at that moment.

not bean bag. just gently place is on some rock formation there.
