Qualifiers is only for show case purpose, promotions will be available at the Final Event 4-6 July 2008 1 Utama

So its official.

At the Media Launch today, it has been confirmed that of the 4 games that ESWC.MY is offering, only 3 will have tickets to San Jose included into the prizes, namely:

DotA (Team of 5), TMN and War3: TFT.

Due to lack of sponsorship, the winning CS team will not have tickets to San Jose.

This is subject to change as we still have almost 2 months till the actual ESWC.MY Finals that is taking place on the 4th - 6th of July at 1 Utama. Who knows, maybe GO International may just be able to find sponsors by then.

But I did get a free QcK Mini for showing up at the Media Launch. The new packaging is awesome if I may add.

Aha, looks like fellow TMN players is in trouble.

nles: 32 slots for TMN and WC3 is kinda small. Is there a chance for them to be increased if the reception is good?

Alright I heard you guys, actually that's because I assume there's only this amount of players at Malaysia.

Seems like there's alot more like what mootsumi told me.

well nles why not have a pre-registration for both of the games
at least u can figure out how much players in malaysia are really enthusiastic in joining TMNF and war3
the actualy turnout during the finals might be lower than what u think
a fine example, last year WGT
