I'm facing a problem now.. I bought a Dimarzio pickup ..

And i tried installing it into my guitar, I took out the stock pups .. and all.

Placed in the dimarzio pickup , only to realize that the stock Height Adjustment pickup screws of my guitar can't fit into both sides of the Dimarzio pickup!

They're bigger/fatter than the Dimarzio's hole at the sides.

So i'm stucked now... Is there any where I can get thinner screws?

Springs I can use back the stock springs right..? I just need a thinner screw to install in the Dimarzio pup ..

Please help.. rclxub.gif

NOTE : It's the screws for adjusting the height of the pickups punya.. I need a thinner screw. Cause my stock screws are too big for the both sides of the Dimarzio pup.

Thanks for the directions crazychris and echobrain ..

By the way, I got the screw already. smile.gif Went by to Tham's place today.. All the people that I couldn't buy the screws from. Asked another guitar tech, asked music stores around PJ and even DIY shops. All don't have this particular screw..

But Tham was so much kind enough to sell it to me. Yeah it could be a petty thing, screws .. But he helped me out. From what I saw just now from my first impression of Tham, a honest and humble person. I guess that is why he's the best lah, in guitar stuffs. Willing to help even SMALL stuffs like the friggin screws I needed. Dah lah last time I bug him with so many sms-es asking questions, he was ever willing to respond.
