QUOTE(jetkiat @ Jan 23 2008, 03:11 PM) the first iPhone will be FOC QUOTE(lordsharingan @ Jan 23 2008, 03:15 PM) lol, if got problem? u'll buy back a new iphone? only if the problem occured in the process which is highly unlikely. but if you upgraded your iphone to 1.1.3 then its your fault and your out of luck at the moment. you either have to wait for a new firmware or wait till someone come's up with a new baseband eraser

That's good to hear I would suggest on PC, since there aren't many Mac users around. Or even better, both !

Don't even think of doing the H/W unlock if don't have the tools for it. I've tried and failed misserably. Now my baby have dents and x look pretty anymore. Sob sob sob. . Next time I have itchy hands to open the phone ... I'll bite it off.

Getting Started

Hope to see your tutorial video soon! But I'm afraid of opening the iphone. If anything goes wrong, you can say goodbye to it. I think getting the stealthsim would be a better choice although it's expensive.

QUOTE(iphonegizmo @ Jan 24 2008, 10:52 PM) haha.. risk is alway there. small mistake and who to blame? Mate, give the TS a break, we all know you're accustomed to being the repair man for this sorta job ezinger, it's awesome that you're offering this service, at least now we'll have someone to refer to for troubleshooting with this method. Question, do you use the same tools as demonstrated on http://ifixit.com/ ? The iPod opening tools and all? Have you succeeded in any H/W bootloader downgrades so far? Would love to see some happy customers to get things rolling
