First of all, I don't know is this the right place to ask. Forgive me if it's not.
On the way learning to be my own boss, I came across this question on salary calculation. As far as I know, an employee salary involves a lot of factors such as whether he/she OT for the month, did he/she take any unpaid leave for that month? Is he/she single or married? How many children does he has if married? Etc. Because we need all that to get the right value from Socso table, EPF table, PCB (Potongan Gaji Bulanan).
The thing is, I am not sure which item to be calculated first & do I need to include allowance, OT into the gross salary before I use that value to calculate Socso, EPF, PCB?
May someone with the experience provide enlighten me please?
