I just wanna know something if i be allow to sell branded TShirt which is not come directly from authentic branded shop.


Every month i will going to Vietnam for business purpose and i'm thinking of get some branded shirt like NIKE or ADIDAS which is 100% same material like original. The different of the shirt is they not coming with authentic card or receipt or what so ever.

Right now i do have NIKE DRI-FIT shirt, ADIDAS shirt and DIESEL shirt. for NIKE and ADIDAS shirt, there are 100% polyester material. i checked with branded shop like al-iksan which selling this kind of 100% polyester tshirt but the price is ..(u know the price right.. above RM100++).


I'm thinking of selling it for RM50 each tshirt and all size. I think RM50 for each shirt are affordable for the same quality like branded shop selling the same shirt. As u know i might be charged for customs too or any other charges for bringing bulky of tshirt.

However, i just wanna know other people opinion especially moderators.

Sale of counterfeit goods is illegal, isn't it?

well....if law forbid then i just follow the law. should be no problem to me. i'm just taking some incentive which people who like to own original branded tshirt but the price make us think twice or thrice etc.

Simple larr. If you go to the police station and tell them you want to sell this/that. If they don't catch you, then you can sell here. (Bribing the police doesn't count.)

maybe if i dont stole them, maybe they give permission...
