Configuration of your windows is ok.

May I know how to add the button? by 'Organize button' menu or by using 'Windows Explorer'?

Another try is add a button without icon.

This is a really strange problem..

I click the plus icon to add group and button. It shows program icon below. But when applying it, msg pop-up.

I think that make it always on top is not so efficient, will block your working application like excel, word...

well, Always On Top is just an option that u can add on the next version..
because just like winamp, maybe somebody out there wants it to be on top.. (well that's the reason for it, hence the name itself is self-explainatory)..

some people doesnt mind if it block words etc etc.. because I myself use winamp on top when i want to surf the net.. while surveying some thread i prefer to let the winamp window sstays on top.. that's just me tho..
