I pretty much have to agree with novaRain..Bg1 is the pearl of LoTH..Bg2 is just so screwed up...skill wise ok but character wise need alot of working to do..and tht u cant improve with raids. =) cheers

Even BG1 was a bit messy before. It takes time to build a good team. The problem has been the consistency of the raiders in BG2. Too many of them are just too casual, so they come and go as they please.

Everytime we have to replace someone, it means retraining, it means rebuilding lost teamwork, etc.

Once BG2 has a good strong core team, then it will go places very very fast. Do not forget that BG2 has the full support of BG1 and all other guild resources. Imo, thats half the battle won already in managing and keeping a good raid going. All thats needed now is for the same 25-35 people to turn up every raid day and get some stuff done.

This is your chance to be a part of that core team. A chance to see some end-game and do some real hardcore raiding (if thats what you desire).

What classes do you need most for BG2 right now? I'm considering rerolling at Thaurissan.

most critical is hunters and mage. we need healers and tank as well. but if u are rerolling, u can roll pretty much all class except rogue.
