I'm looking for apartment / condo (1st or 2nd hand) at Cheras or Ampang area.
1. 100k - 160k 2. Easy to rent out / sell 3. 800 - 1200 sq ft 4. With public transport / near school / near shoplots / near hospital ..... Anyone know? Please share to me.... thanks |

why don't you check out area near taman miharja?
just opposite jusco taman maluri and lrt station. lots of stalls nearby too. |

You can also check out Connaught area, UCSI is there. There's a Giant and a few rows of shops around. Feeder bus to LRT as well.

You can consider condo in Pandan Mewah area, price around 120k-160k, rental can easily fetch RM700 to RM1,100.
