ok guys.. i'm going to custom make my own casing.. been delaying this project since forever.. lol ok anyway i'm not sure wich design to go with yet but i need to solve the initial problem, which is materials and the molding part

my first question for now, would be, where in the world can i get a few metal pieces to be custom made into the shape i want? i dont have the tools to cut here and there, therefore i need to outsource them. anyone knows anyone who does these kinda things?

as for wat i wanna do.. its something like a cyclinder la, long long high tower but instead of the normal rectangular box.. i want it in a cylindrical shape

so i want to know if its possible to get that cylinder b4 i start working on the other sections..

if not i think of another design lol.. >.< how much would it cost to custom it? not 1000 right o.O

Well,to start it,need a lots of tools mostly jigsaw,dremel.

So,r u making the frame with a steel? alu?

What about the cover,what material r u using?

ahaha the prob is i dont have to tools.. so need to find someone who has the stuff.. and knows how to do these kinda things lorr

i'm still researching on how to actualy make it larr.. but i just thought i'd find out from u guys about making the cylindrical shell first.. if u see the link in my previous post.. i wanan do something like that

but the guy use acrylic as the cover.. but i want to make mine metal instead.. i want the cover feel to be like metal lo.. lol those thin thin but sturdy strong metal pieces the normal casing use.. but if really no choice then maybe have to change idea already lol

when i'm free i'll draw it out for u guys to see roughly how i wanna do it.

as for the frame, probably steel lo.. cuz i want it vertical .. see how.. still need to research most important is how to get the cylinder done first so need u modding sifus to tell me if its possible

Maybe u can go to Advertisement maker shop to find things for your project..i got the acrylic from that kind of shop..huhu..or maybe u can find metal plate there..try la..

To custom shape metal, try those places where people make steel gates. They have all sorts of metal, they can shape and weld.
For the third idea... looks like you can buy an ikea dustbin and put to good use.
