got my player. but the music/video player app crashes every SINGLE time i try to play any song/video.
somebody help?
also, the settings in the music app are greyed out except the "Keep Screen On" option
this makes the options unusable
bad experience when i take the leap back into the android ecosystem.

Yeah I'm facing the exact same problem here. The walkman button is functioning, but it doesn't detect any songs at all, which links to the previous problem.
The "Original apps" app is not functioning as intended either. On the plus side, other things seems to be working just fine so far. Audio quality is superb, screen is responsive, the Riptide demo game works incredibly well. Hopefully he'll find a solution to these problems.

woah..you're having the same problem too.
serious major turn off to me right now as i want the audio quality.
everything is working well and fine except for the original apps.

Yeah...I straightaway jumped to the walkman apps for that simple reason lol. Google Play Music is nothing compared to a true Walkman app. Just be patient, I'm sure there's a workaround on this.

i wonder is there any screen protector around and some case out there.
not sure whether it's gorilla or not but the plastic is getting annoying xD

I wanted the white but you alr took it XD But turns out I'm loving the blue since it looks way better than the pics. Hmm yeah...hopefully there will be both screen protector & a good casing for this. Played too much with other stuffs my battery is flat now lol.
