Why my multiplier will not stay at x8 in cpuz?

it is speedstep. intel's tech. n as said above in bios it will be as "EIST and C1E function"
n yeah, ur over volting. it is really high voltage. i overclocked my q6600 to 3ghz. n yet i managed to undervolt it. lesser than 1.3v |
