hi, im using psp with firmware 3.10OE and i cant play crash of the titan, crazy taxi. it says game could not started. if i upgrade to 3.90, will my problem solved?

ok now ihave 3.52, to install i need 150.pbp, where can i get it? i d/load this from http://dark-alex.org/

i've just upgrade to 3.90 but fail, then i accidentally delete system folder. now my psp cant start, only green light on, but no picture, why?
