I have PSP Slim and currently running 3.71 M33. I want to upgrade 3.71-4 M33. Is this tutorial reliable? http://www.stylemo.com/2007/12/27/how-to-u...e-to-371-m33-4/

It says upgrade directly to 3.71-4 without having to install prev. revision.

And also there is no such option in my recovery mode: "Enter the recovery mode and go to Configuration -> Game folder homebrew. It should read Currently 3.71 Kernel"

Thanks a bunch msn83235502. Updated mine and no problem were encountered.

I wonder what popsloader.prx in the update files is. Shall I replaced it with the new one?

And if I want to go to 3.80-5, what I should do is upgrade to 3.80 --> 3.80-2 --> Then network update or update to 3.80-4. Correct?
