i'm facing this problem since last 1 week. i live in puchong by the way. i called customer service just to satisfy myself because i know they will do nothing eventhough they can see problem from their screen. and i said to them the ultimate sentence, "You ingat I subscribe sampah ke" (with the correct intonation). my internet seems improve after that. but it happened again the next day. haih.
